About Me

The 30^th year of my life became one of great significance when I decided that paper shuffling and eye strain was not what I wanted from life. Not only did I embark on a journey of self discovery but I also decided to change career as a result of this journey.

I live in Salcombe (nr Kingsbridge), South Devon with my husband, Marcus and Labrador, Jasper, where we enjoy a fun yet peaceful life together.

After extensive training with the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), International Institute of Health & Holistic Therapies (IIHHT) and The School of Natural Health Sciences (SNHS), I am a qualified Holistic & Complementary Therapist offering Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Hopi Ear Candles, Aromatherapy Massage, Swedish Massage and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I am a member of The Association of Reflexologists (MAR), The International Council of Holistic Therapists (MICHT) and the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies (AAMET). I also run courses in Baby Reflexology and Reiki Level I & II.
